Serving in an advisory role with local governments who need feedback and guidance as they develop policies, budgets and plans with equitable outcomes in mind

Advocating for under-represented people and organizations when issues arise and incidents occur in the region

EDUCATION

Determining what areas the NCW Equity Alliance could be most impactful by engaging in regular conversations with organizations to learn more about their needs and where gaps exist.

Holding learning series, training sessions and workshops that assist individuals and organizations in becoming better versed in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work

Utilizing our website, social media and other communication platforms to showcase and celebrate the DEI work of other organizations, including ones doing crucial work behind the scenes.

Creating a resource directory for other organizations to utilize
